This occasion was no different: very knowledgeable (and friendly) staff, quick response, kept me updated on what they found, and made clear recommendations. All work was completed as projected, including the price. THERE WERE NO SURPRISES!. We continue to be very impressed with Eastside Bavarian and do not intend using any other shop. Thanks.
