Summary: Quality Care

Review: Cody Casteel is without any doubt the most pleasant service advisor I have ever met and done business with. Knowing I needed my car for an out of town trip he was able to complete several issues within one day of my initial contact and having the car towed in by a company he referred me to on my initial call to him. Also while there were several items on their inspection review he was honest in advising which could wait and be watched on future visits rather than just stating everything was an emergency. I felt him to be honest and knowledgeable and will definitely have our four cars serviced by Terry’s I’m the future. It is hard to find an auto repair facility where you feel as if you were treated with respect and not taken advantage of at any time. I’m a scale of 1-10 I give Cody and Terry’s Service Center a 12 plus!!!!!
