Summary: Excellent

Review: My first experience with this shop was entirely satisfactory. The Lustine Toyota service writer told my 80-year old mother she had a $2400 engine main seal leak that needed to be fixed. I asked HomeTowne for a second opinion. They performed a dye test and only identified seepage (not enough to drip) at the pan (lesser repair). They advised us to simply monitor for seepage at future services. Typical gray area issue that leads to over-maintaining and over-spending at the dealership. Well done Heather and team at HomeTowne. Thanks for your honesty, for putting mom to ease, and saving her from an unnecessary budget crushing repair. We'll be back; you've earned our business.
