Summary: Highly recommend

Review: Tom and Raul are auto geniuses and two of the nicest people I have ever met. I am from Boise and my car broke down at Massacre State Park, 3 hours from home. There was no way I could pull the camper and had limited miles of driving left. The only way to drive the car was to start it in neutral and push it into drive with my foot on the gas otherwise it will stall in idle. The closest town was American Falls and the guys at Oreilly's Auto Store called a few locals shops that were all closed. Noone was able to help. They called Tom in Aberdeen who is usually closed but was in the shop to catch up. He said he was very busy but if I could drive the extra 16 mile she would take a quick look. I was able to make it to his shop and as promised him and Raul pulled the truck in and took a look. I was Toms shadow for the next 1.5 hours, seemed like 5 minutes. The guy is a surgeon and diagnosed the issue (s). He fixed them and then told me to take a spin up the road to make sure it was working. I did and it did. I can back to take care of the bill and Tom said, I have been there and I was glad to help; just Pay it Forward. I just bought a new camper to have expereinces with the family and have a small business in Boise, with Covid it has been tough. I gave him a hug and could barely speak. He called me the next morning to make sure I got back to the campsite and then the next day to make sure i got home. Tom and Raul are by far the most impressive people I have met in a long time.
