Summary: Very impressed

Review: You are first met by Janet or Sherri at the desk. They are friendly, and respectful. If you have specific question or problem, Phil is almost always available. He is knowledgeable and helpful. I have been using Jim's Auto Clinic for several years and feel good about trusting my vehicles to them. I appreciate the way they measure stuff like brake wear and especially tire tread wear. For example, They don't just rotate your tires just cause it's time on a written schedule somewhere, but because your tread wear pattern says it's time. That to me is good service.
