Summary: Excellent mechanics

Review: From the moment I called Roy Rump’s garage and asked if I could have my son’s car towed there as it broke down on the highway, Tyler was very polite and accommodating. He also recommended a tow company along with the phone number. The next day I received a very detailed email with pictures, videos and clear explanations of the work that was needed. However once calling and speaking with Roy himself, he expressed concern about doing all of the repairs to the car, as it is a 2009 with 265,000 km. He recommended just the bare minimal, as I also explain to him that I only wanted the car to get me through another three or four months. The conversation I had with Roy gave me a sense of trust and comfort with the work that would be performed. I was very well taken care of and I would recommend Roy Rump’s garage to everyone.
