Summary: Very small criticism for excellent..

Review: Very small criticism for excellent service; I had the impression that my car would be first on the task list in the morning, and I brought the car in at 8 am. I called mid-afternoon, and Jim explained that he had not said that, but promptly attended to the car, and in the end, the service was excellent.

Reply: We apologize for any miscommunication between our service department ane you. We often have a full/busy workload and do our best to schedule the work throughout the day according to the customer need and the commitments we have made. In the future, if you have to wait for the vehicle or would like the vehicle by a certain time, please let us know up front. If you do and we fail, please let us know.
