Summary: Honest

Review: That after waiting until you obtained inspection stickers, I was told the inspection was complete when there was the old stickers on the windshield.

Reply: Sorry, you did have to wait an additional week for our stickers to arrive due to the COVID-19 epidemic and the state being shut down. As explained the inspection sticker for the Enhanced Inspection, to Reconstruct your Salvage Title car, is affixed to the MV-426B. There is an addition fee for another safety sticker and the emissions test which is not include, nor did you want to pay. You were ONLY charged for the enhanced inspection. As a courtesy we ran the emission test, free of charge, and your car FAILED the test. Our tech stayed after hours and spent additional time to set your monitors so that your car would pass the emission test. You left with a new emission sticker and safety sticker and were not charged. I am not sure what more we could have done for you?
