Summary: Phenomenal service

Review: There are many positive things to say about Murphy's Auto Care. The staff is a unique combination of being very professional and personable. Most auto repair shops somewhat friendly but Murphy's goes much further. It sounds corny but you feel like a friend rather than a just another customer. Then there's the shop, it's like a hospital operating room. There waiting room is very clean and comfortable; unusual for a repair shop. I served in the U S Air Force doing aircraft maintenance and the work area had to be spotless; that's Murphy's. Additionally, they do not get there repair parts from 'China' who's quality and dependability is poor to say the least. Murphy's provides me with a complete computerized report with what work was done per my agreement and what area items may need replacement later...very unique, you make the decision. The quality of their work is spot-on. If a rating based on 0 (bad news) to 10 (walks on water) was available they would get a 9+. Why not a 10? There's no water nearby to walk on. You can't go wrong with Murphy's Auto care.
