Summary: Clean

Review: I normally take my car to the dealership, but noticed I was not receiving the service I paid for so I decided to find another place to build a relationship with. I went to a couple of mechanic shops and felt Meineke was the best fit. The first thing I noticed was how clean, professional, and prompt they were. They provided me with a digital inspection report of my car (which I was wowed by :) I liked how I was able to see the issues they found wrong with the car - Transparency!! I worked with Jason who was exceptional! He provided excellent customer service and was very professional. I know I can be a pain in the butt (with all my questions), but he was very patient with me and made sure he answered all my questions. He seems to strive for customer satisfaction! He also gave me a loaner car while they worked on my car. When I picked up my car I asked if I could see the work that was performed and Jason showed me the work that they completed. This made me feel at ease. All I can say is all around I had a good experience.
