Summary: Professional

Review: This was my first trip to Boyd's and boy was I impressed - right from the moment I walked through the door! The staff were so polite and professional - you can tell that they don't only care about your vehicle - they care about customer service! They provide updates throughout the entire service call via text and email - that blew my socks off. I needed a brake job and they sent me pictures of my rotors and pads so I knew exactly what the issues were and what was going to be replaced. That is top-notch service! They gave me a loaner (thanks Mike!) and even washed my truck before I arrived back to pick it up. I would highly recommend Boyd's Automotive - 5 stars for sure! Thanks again and I’ll see you the next time that I need something done!
