Review: I am a mini owner, with cones the pluses of having few issues with my car but also the burden of having to go all the way to Fife to the dealer when problems or basic maintenance comes up, remembered the excellent service I had with my first mini here at Eastside Bavarian. From the first time I picked up phone and the first persons happy welcoming voice,Keri, who spent a great deal of time listening to my predicament (something no one in businesses does anymore, to busy and most don’t care) to offering solutions to meet my schedule. Eastside has Hertz rental attached to their building ( was from down the hall right their and all was setup by Keri and available n ready when I arrived) with super reasonable rates. Happy to see the new facility with clean comfortable areas to wait; however, I was greeted immediately by Keri as if we had known each other for years Ryan from the service team was there and ready to get me going. Since I had been a customer years ago, was a pleasant surprise that all my information was still in their system. It was so fast an easy the whole process. No waiting no paperwork. He understood my description of the current needed and any other concerns. Provided his best guesstimate for completion and iI was on my way within 15 minutes. Ryan provided texts during his service progress, contacted me real time by phone to discuss any changes or potential additional work needed. This is so valuable and appreciated! Bottom line, Eastside tBavarian team and experience was exceptional! Clean, comfortable facility with amazing customer service. And great highly skilled service team. Easy drop off n pick up service! Highly recommend this team, Excellent is my rating! Thank you Keri, Ryan and team!
