Summary: Had a loud grinding noise..

Review: Had a loud grinding noise happen on Campbell ave, used my phone and found these guys. Found them to be responsive and upbeat. One of the mechanics started to look at my vehicle within 15 minutes nd even found the issue almost immedi ately. He brought me under the car to show me the problem. This is how it should be done and I felt confident with them at this point and at end of next day I got the call that it was ready for pick up. The only criticism is that since the call was at the end of the day, then I couldn't get there before they closed and therefore had to spend another $75 on rental car. Could this have been avoided? Could I have received a call earlier to let me know ""it will be done approx..."" Im not sure, that's usually how it works. They call you when its done and I'm not going to take a star away for that. I know my way around cars a little and they charged me properly-no gouge. I feel pretty confident that I would call them again in future.Oh, they also called a car rental company for me and someone arrived to pick me up.
