Summary: Honest and efficient

Review: Honest leadership. Phil goes over each possible problem going forward. The availability of loner cars for lengthy repairs is a nice bonus. Phil I have an update on the van. Saturday morning I ran a few errands in stop and go stops. Bank, grandparents, post office, guitar lesson, skyline. After running 20 minutes at the third stop, the van coughed upon backing into parking spot and stalled out. It started back right away, but the check engine came on. The van has never missed a beat since that time, the engine has stayed on. I am thinking it is the same situation as I experienced in New York in November. Please let me know if you want me to come in before another cough and stahl. Maybe that fuel injection cleaning we talked about. Just let me know. Thanks Ron
