Summary: Honest

Review: Bob and his team are very knowledgeable about all types of vehicles and all types of repairs. They are honest and their prices are fair. We have taken several of our personal vehicles to Palmer for several different maintenance and repair needs. They only do necessary repairs and talk about my options with me thoroughly. I recently had my engine replaced at Palmer in my Chevy Malibu. Bob was able to find a 47,000 mile used engine. He received it in 2 days, installed it in 2 days, and drove my vehicle for a full day to make sure there were no fluid leaks or codes that came up. So, I was back on the road in five days in a like-new vehicle. He even showed me my old engine and talked with me extensively about the whole process. Thank you Bob and Palmer Auto Service!
