Review: Good customer service and I'm in the customer service business, so trust me. I just got the car back and so far, everything is working well. This was an expensive ($2300) job that started out looking like CV boot replacement and front brakes for around $1000-1500, so that's always disappointing, but I can't fault Eastside. They came me my options and I decided to get it all done, to completely eliminate future issues. I did compare costs w/ Strickly BMW in Bellevue and Eastside prices were better in this scenario. I've compared before and I've seen the vice-versa, so check for each job. I appreciated the calls to confirm I was ok w/ the additional, recommended work. I was shown the parts afterward to increase my confidence in what was repaired. No shuttle service and no car wash could be a problem for some, but if you are getting work done that is materially cheaper than somewhere else, you can't complain.
