Review: EB is truly a service oriented business. We have had 5 BMW's over the last 18 years and for the most part have had them all serviced at another local shop. We were told about EB by a neighbor, so when service was needed on our 328 we decided to give EB a go. Ken at the front desk is very informed and keeps you in the loop on your car's progress and work required. Needless to say we'll be bringing both BMWers to EB from now on. Scott
