Review: I have been going to Eastside Bavarian for 4 years now. After trying several different BMW service shops when I first arrived in the Puegt Sound, I discovered Eastside Bavarian. Always exceptional service and they go the extra mile to make sure the problem is fixed, really fixed. The ownership that Jaime and Dave take in their customers' vehicles is what brings me back. I once had an overheating engine that didn't seem to get fixed the first time around. When I brought it back, they spent many hours to find that a small plastic shard in the radiator occasionally blocked water flow. All this and they didn't charge me a dime. With that service, they earned my loyalty!
