Review: Another situation where I begin a job at home and end up bringing an unfinished project to the shop for someone to finish. Not a problem though, Ken got me on the books quickly, and the wiring issue I encountered was diagnosed and fixed quickly. A less skilled, less trustworthy shop would have troubleshooted my electrical problem all day and I wouldn't have been the wiser; electrical issues take time. Jamie was assigned my car and it was in good hands, but I've never had anything but great work done by all the techs there. That afternoon my car was done, and thanks to the shuttle service I could get there and back from work quickly. A service experience like this is what keeps me a loyal customer. I don't consider going anywhere else.
