Review: Generally, quality is high and cost is moderate. On previous Inspection II visit, the technician did not report finding a broken fog lamp cover, nor did I notice it before-hand; however the morning after service, I noticed the broken cover. While I cannot be sure this happened during service, I would have thought the shop would have given me a discount (such as no labor charge) to replace the broken lens cover. Otherwise, service for past 3 years has been solid and high quality.
