Review: No innuendoes here... Going into an M car ownership, for me, meant many months of research about typical issues, cost of repairs/ownership, and everything in between. One of which included finding a good shop to keep her healthy. Sort of like finding a good family doctor. After reading many reviews online, and a subsequent referral, I decided to trust them to do the initial work needed on my recently acquired M5. Quality of the work aside (which was top-notch), their service was what shined above all. These guys aren't just knowledgeable...they love to share knowledge! There was no question left unanswered, and no problem identified without a proper explanation. That was both refreshing and confidence inspiring. As I intend to expand the family of BMW's in my garage, Eastside Bavarian will remain my family doctor.
