Review: I have been taking my BMW Dinan 5 to Eastside Bavarian for 3 years and have had exceptional service each time. With an appointment, they are always available to drop me by my home and pick me up. My car is my office so I crank on the miles. My last service was a major one and the tech came out and spoke with me to discuss what he had done and why. He was articulate, clear and knowledgeable. The whole crew has a "Dale Carnegie" trained style of professionalism.
