Summary: I brought my 2008 Mini..

Review: I brought my 2008 Mini Cooper in because the engine light came on and I didn't want to travel to Seattle Mini or NW Mini. The employees at Eastside Bavarian were very friendly and helpful. They asked if my warranty was still good, but I said no. They ran a diagnostic test on the Mini and discovered it had a faulty thermostat. They took the time to call Seattle Mini and find out if my warranty was still good. It turns out it was good until July, so if I took it to a Mini dealer, it would be covered by my warranty. Eastside Bavarian only charged me for half the price of the diagnostic test! So even though I did have to take it to NW Mini for servicing, because it was covered under my warranty, I didn't have to pay for it. I was very impressed that Eastside Bavarian took the time to make sure my warranty was still good before they proceeded with any work. I will definitely return!
