Summary: I found the staff, and..

Review: I found the staff, and especially Ken, to be very gracious, interested and informative. The courtesy rides were extremely valuable for us. Costs for labor were better than other high end service rates. Our repairs were done quickly and with skill. All in all we will continue to take our vehicle to these folks.
