Summary: Great staff and service! ..

Review: Great staff and service! Although the waiting area can use some heat on cold days...perhaps you guys might want to get rid of the small portable heater and invest in a real heater to keep your customers comfortable (after all you guys service European cars). A tv would be good since people have to wait. You guys might also want to switch to warm bulbs instead of fluorescent in the waiting area.
