Review: Being new to the area, I wasn't sure where to take my Audi for service. I'm so glad I found Eastside Bavarian--- that have excellent customer service. Ken answered my emails/calls quickly and throughly, which was refreshing! I appreciated the convenience of scheduling an appointment online. I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance and a couple of other issues. I was very pleased with the results. I'll definitely use them again.
