They have the best people, best service (both customer and mechanical), and the cleanest, most organized car-repair facility I have ever seen. They recommend necessary work if they see a problem on the horizon, but they have never done unnecessary work or overcharged me. And everything has been done perfectly the first time. If you own a BMW or other German-made car, this is the only place to bring your car for repairs and maintenance.
