Summary: I don't know a ton..

Review: I don't know a ton about the inner workings of cars. So I appreciate people who do, and yet never, ever make me feel dumb because I don't. I've been super impressed with E.B. since my first visit about 5 years ago. Everyone is genuinely nice, responsive, patient and attentive. Their prices are fair (def. lower than the dealer) and since they talk to you throughout the process, you're never surprised by the bill. The best auto maintenance experience I've ever had.
