Review: Worked with Ryan McCalla regarding my GTI. There is a very genuine feeling when you walk in the door. I appreciated the fact that he wanted to hear my thoughts and opinions. He provide some honest feedback from the beginning and made every attempt to be concise and clear. I never felt like anything was being hidden from me. In my experience this is rare in the automotive shop industry. Another thing I must point out is that they had the damaged part waiting for me to look at when I came to pick up my vehicle. I find this very important as it shows a high level of integrity and honesty. I will definitely be coming back and referring other customers here.
