Review: It's always a pleasure to bring my car in for a service. Eastside Bavarian always perform well. It's dealership quality without the dealership prices. They also provide regular updates throughout the service timeline. At the end, they also provided an electronic summary of what was done to the car plus courtesy checks on other potential issues (if any) with the vehicle.
