Summary: AWESOME! My move to an..

Review: AWESOME! My move to an indy shop to take care of my Red Roadster was the best service and tech move I could have made. I have never enjoyed BMW dealership service. My total experience at Eastside Bavarian simply exceeded my expectations. Ken's warm, caring style to help me coordinate the repairs and upgrades created a trust that flowed into all other touchpoints of the experience. I am a motorhead and I have never met a tech as experienced and caring as Eric! His inclusive style to explain all aspects of the process was welcomed. Ken and Eric always took time to allow me to stop in and receive an update, to promptly answer my emails, to expedite parts. Eric's forensic detail to assess my roadster and administrate repairs exceeded expectation. The scope included upgrading my suspension, which they embraced and clearly had the acumen to address. First impressions count, and when entering the office area, it is clean, precise, contemporary, calm and caring. Their willingness to treat me as a VIP made me feel as if I was the only customer....based upon the number of vehicles under repair and the activity in the shop, this made me really know they were balancing a number of repair relationships. I have broken free of BMW dealership repair and will always trust my beloved sports car to Eastside Bavarian.
