Review: These guys breathe, eat, sleep, and dream Bayerische Motoren Werke. Customer service is great which is really unusual is this day and age. Their sales style is very easy, almost nonchalant: while they would explain every aspect of proposed action, there is no pressure, and they understand that customers have choice, issues, and require time for making decisions about their car care. Work time frame was excellent, and post shop experience was great when Ken kindly took my concerns about unrelated to work order issue, and took his time to share his thoughts and knowledge about it. Overall, Eastside Bavarian provides a good all-American feeling of your corner mom-and-pop shop taken to a professional level where customer expectations are met every time. This is your Ultimate Care Shop for your Ultimate Driving Machine. Thanks a lot!
