Summary: I had a stubborn but..

Review: I had a stubborn but intermittent problem that didn't want to go away easily, the folks at Eastside Bavarian really sink their teeth into the problem and didn't give up until they were satisfied they had resolved the problem. The icing on top: I didn't get stuck with a monstrous bill.
