Summary: Fantastic service and very thorough...

Review: Fantastic service and very thorough. Not only did EB tell me what was the issue, they sent me a detailed maintenance diagnosis with actual pictures of the leaks/damage. Never had that before and I really appreciate it! Ken also called to follow up and made sure I understood everything. The staff also went out of their way to help me when Ken was on break. I am a EB customer for life!
