Review: Friendly service advisors and no bullshit. Treated me with respect, and didn't talk down to me about whats going on (I have better than average understanding of vehicles and basic mechanic/troubleshooting skills). Honestly I was so surprised that the amount quoted to me was pretty much (almost to the penny) what I ended up being charged. This is really rare in my experience and VERY appreciated. Previous shop recommended a slew of services and repairs that totaled almost $3K. Their diagnostic explanation and description made me feel like they thought I was an idiot and could take advantage of me. I left without paying them anything and did most of the repairs on my own for ~$300 total. ESB found the secondary issue (obscure and hard to diagnose) and got me out for $500 total including diagnosis. Previous shop with their giant, overwhelming work request did not even include the fix that ESB found and implemented in less than 24 hours. If you value your time, people treating you with respect, and complete and accurate service I recommend this place. Thanks Ken(s).
