Summary: Nobody else touches our Honda

Review: I would tell them about my previous experiences and that I always seemed to be paying over a thousand dollars every time I took my car in. As I am a senior and on a fixed income it was difficult for me and as I didn’t drive very much I didn’t understand how the bill could always be so high, however I was told by the office staff that it was maintenance. The previous year I was told that due to my tires having dry rot ?? I needed new tires. When I stated that I couldn’t afford tires at that time I was told not to do any highway driving as the tires could blow at any time. So for over a year I only drove around my area. The quote at that time was over a thousand dollars. When I took my car in this past fall new staff (Daniel) was now working there and due to his persistent investigation I was told I didn’t need new tires nor a lot of the MAINTENANCE which I was informed I needed previously. So what was initially going to cost me over a thousand dollars only cost me approximately $63.00. I realize that at times I will need more work done but because of Daniel’s investigation and the honesty of the mechanics I will definitely recommend your services in the future.I must also add that everyone is very polite and patient which is greatly appreciated. Thank you !
