Summary: Excellent

Review: Very friendly and joyful staff. They talked "with me" about my mechanical issues, not "to me or about me". They offered to physically show me the parts involved and how the parts work together. I received upfront pricing and finished work time estimates. Complimentary round trip UBER assistance. I have never received such a timely service. First impressions mean a lot. The front office was exceptionally clean and neat. There was no grease or oil smells, no tire/rubber or burnt popcorn smells. There was no yelling over impact-wrenches noise. All employees were dressed appropriately in uniforms, each had a smile on their face and their eyes were bright. I am so thankful to find Heritage Auto Repair.
