Summary: Excellent

Review: They are very thorough and offer personalized care. They do excellent work. I would, however, like to note that I did not receive the usual phone call after the work was completed. I was very busy that afternoon and lost track of time and realized after closing time that I had not yet paid for or picked up my car. Neither my husband nor I got a call. Fortunately, we have a long standing relationship with the Murphy family, so I texted Brian Murphy and asked if we would be permitted to drive over and pick up the car with our spare key and take care of payment the next morning. He, of course, agreed to that plan and we did just that. But we would appreciate a call when the work is completed next time. I'm sure it was just an oversight.
