Review: I chose Pro Service as my primary auto repair provider several years ago because I like to have a relationship with a local, independent business when it comes to auto repair. Adam and Nick consistently represent exactly why I choose this path. I am often talking to one of them about my service needs and especially if anything complex comes up. So I have a relationship with ownership/key decision makers, which is important to me. Their customer service has always been excellent. They are timely, they are fair, their prices are reasonable, and you can't beat their communication in terms of explaining their approach, their findings, and repair alternatives. And they willingly go above and beyond to make sure they provide the correct, and best repair possible. My latest interaction with Pro Service was the most complicated yet in terms of the issue they were solving. I was extremely pleased with Nick's approach, his efforts to ensure I was taken care of, and the final outcome. This experience was reinforcement that my decision to switch to Pro Service some years back was and continues to be a great decision.
