Summary: Only a Married Man Could Understand

Review: Driving home on that first snowy evening 2 weeks ago, I smacked the right front wheel of my wife’s RAV4 against the curb. The wheel was badly toed inward so I called LBR on my friend’s recommendation. They did a terrific job putting it back together at a reasonable cost. As a result it actually steers with more road feel and precision than before. I couldn’t be more pleased. Anyway, getting back to the reason for the title of my review, I have to give a shoutout to Harry, LBR’s great customer care rep. After telling him my story and how my wife reacted to this mishap, Harry sympathized with me. Yes my wife didn’t ask if I was hurt or injured but Immediately reacted by saying “You obviously was going too fast, and now this’ll cost you $$ to fix.” Harry and I shared a laugh saying this is normally how a wife would react. Harry later forwarded me an online joke that epitomizes the plight of a married man. I felt better having laughed at the joke and realizing that my mechanic understands too.
