Review: Being a young woman and having issues/problems that arise with my car that I sometimes don’t know what’s happening and to be able to go to a place like Empire Imported Parts & Services for their quality of work and exceptional customer service, where they greet me by name from the time you step into the building/office is somewhere I would highly recommend to others to take their car to for services. They explained my issues/problems to me step by step and answered any questions that I may have (and trust me, I had a lot of questions) but they have been there for me all the times I needed them. Chris is always explaining to me what is going on with my car, what is needed or upcoming due and if I need an estimate he goes out his way to either print it out for me or email it to me so that I know what services cost and what to expect. I dropped my car off one day to them for them to do a lot of work on my BMW and I was to take a Uber back home and instead of having me do that they gave me a courtesy drive back to my house which I was grateful and really appreciated it because they treated me like family, which I really love. So again being a young woman who doesn’t understand everything about her BMW they are so experience at explaining and making sure that I understand and answering my trillions of questions that I may ask.
