Review: I was so thankful and impressed with the care and service we received from Mountain Auto Care. My daughter and her friend and I were traveling from out of state and had trouble with our transmission. I had to get the girls back to Utah for flights back to college and couldn't find anyone to help in Durango. We got very lucky that Mountain Auto Care had a cancellation that day and were able to squeeze us in. They were professional, knowledgable, efficient, fair in price and full in disclosure regarding all the work that was done. They took time to explain in detail what had occurred and why our transmission was failing and how they were able to fix it. They provided options to me for the repair that varied in cost, time and long term health of my car's engine. They were aware of the difficulty of our situation and I felt as if they really cared about us. I cannot say enough good about our experience, and I highly recommend them.
