Review: I’m Tamara. My husband and I were totally blown away at how friendly they were at Complete Car Care. From the minute “Billy” answered the phone with his wild and crazy personality, I knew this was the right place to go to take my car, after dealing with many complete deadbeats and weasels that I had previously called. Billy was a breath of fresh air and brought a smile to my face just talking to him on the phone. On top of all of this he knew all about cars inside and out Billy was very friendly, knowledgeable and had an over-the-top great sense of humor and knew about cars in & out! My air-conditioning was making a very irritating loud “machine gun“ noise every single time I turned on my car. I took it to Complete Car Care and I really liked their shop. It was at the end of the street away from all the riff-raff, hood-rats and traffic, and it was a very quiet area. They were able to fix my air conditioner and replaced one of the accuators that was broken. Complete Car Care even did a complete Diagnostic check on my car and e-mailed me the results with pictures of my car to better explain what they were talking about. This was extremely helpful. After my air conditioner was fixed, Billy also was nice enough to take a look at my driver seat which was stuck in one position and would not move. He asked if I had the owners manual, and I did, so he took a look at it and looked at the fuses and discovered that the fuse to the seat was blown. He immediately replaced it and had my seat moving up and down and back and forth in no time at all. And he did this on his own time after hours! I will tell everyone I know or meet about Complete Car Care. This is a great place to be entertained and have your car fixed in no time at all!
