Review: I wanted to extend my thanks again for the great service I received when I brought my truck in for repair. The staff I spoke to on the phone were friendly and helpful. There ended up being a miscommunication about my truck being brought in for a repair vs. diagnostic (may have been on my part when I made the appointment) but your staff handled it very well and ultimately they were able to still get my truck fixed and ready for me when I got off work. The measure of customer service that matters most in my opinion is not just when all is going well but when there is a hiccup. I was very impressed. I wanted you to know how much I value having a shop where I can bring our vehicles where the repairs have been always done with excellence they are affordable and completed in a timely manner. In a world where people are often skeptical of mechanic shops Metro has my full trust and confidence.
