I was able to schedule an appointment online for the day and hour I preferred. I told the staff what the problem was never dreaming that they would be able to get to it that same day. They called and told me what the problem was, and how much it would cost to fix it. I was pleasantly surprised that it was something minor and wasn't outrageously expensive. I asked them to do an oil change as well on the spur of the moment. They found a few issues with the fluids and called me to let me know. I told them to go ahead and do whatever was necessary to make the vehicle road worthy again. All charges were spelled out in advance so there were no surprises when I picked up my car. What a relief it was to drive it without the brakes grabbing and making noise. They were very friendly and helpful - even providing a ride home for me while the car was being fixed and again when I went to pick it up. I think I may have just found my forever auto mechanics garage! Thank you for a job well done!
