Summary: I was very happy with..

Review: I was very happy with the work and it's a fair price. On another note, in the recent past, it appears there was a push to "up-sell", where the guys on the counter would ask about other services that were due. This would be uncomfortable since I would prefer to go home and think about it in conjunction with my current financials. Lately, it seems you have backed off. I still like having the info, but would prefer it be typed out on the printout so I have it for my records and can decide when or if to have it done.
