Review: I’ve already told so many people about my experience with Russ’s! I came from Connecticut that morning to pick up a friend who was visiting New Jersey. As we were leaving town, the snow started and my windshield wipers malfunctioned, to the point where we could no longer drive. We called several places, even dealerships who were threatening to close. Russ’s seemed like the best option, and Colin, the driver at Superior Towing, confirmed they were the best. Superior was just arriving, when Alex called to check on us, and he agreed to stay open until we arrived. On arrival, Alex immediately began looking up parts, just in case, while Hunter took my vehicle to diagnose the problem. Within 15 minutes or so, Hunter came back and said, “All fixed!” I was shocked, and so happy we could get back on the road so quickly. I can’t thank you guys enough! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
