Review: After my extended warranty ran out on my Lexus LS 460 I began looking for an independent auto mechanic that specialized in Japanese car motors. I found Asian AutoTech and began reading the reviews. I needed them as my car was having issues. From the moment I made the phone call to schedule an appointment, until the time I picked up my finished car, the staff were incredibly professional, reassuring, knowledgeable, helpful, and compassionate. I was kept informed throughout the entire process of their diagnosis and recommends to correct the problem. I really appreciated the through report along with photo documentation of both what is working well and what and where there may be issues. Their shop is immaculate with a definite pride of ownership emulating from every employee I had contact with. I am a woman who has had her fair share of mechanics trying to take advantage of the female population. Asian AutoTech, I believe, was fair and not once did I feel I was being lead on or taken for a ride (pardon the pun.) I cannot praise this shop and it’s employees enough. I highly recommend this shop.
