Summary: Quality Care

Review: I was referred to Big Al's via AAA, so was not sure what to expect, but my car was quite jacked up and I needed to go somewhere, so this was it. From the start, the Big Al's tow guy (Duane) was impeccably polite, courteous, and thorough in his job. A really good guy to boot. Upon arrival at Big Al's Auto & Exhaust, Duane explained everything to them, and although they were obviously very busy, they got my van in right away and gave me an overall inspection, and very promptly provided me the info on the obvious problem (blew a spark plug out of the block), and also other things to keep an eye on. No pushy antics to have them cover the other issues, but a very comprehensive report. They went over it with me, gave me a cost and a time frame, and got to work. Andy offered to drive my wife and I to a restaurant were we could grab some lunch and hang out while we waited for the repairs, and said he would call us, and pick us up when repairs were conpleted. In precisely the time we had been given for the fix, Andy called to say all was ready, and he quickly came and collected us, got us sorted out for payment, and had us on the road again. While we were in the shop, all his staff were more than helpful, polite, friendly, and highly professional. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Big Al's Auto & Exhaust to any one! An outstanding business! And equally outstanding staff!
