Summary: I adore my car. So,..

Review: I adore my car. So, you can understand my inherent hesitation and unwavering resistance to anyone driving, let alone, working on my car. It's not so much an issue of trust, but rather the belief that she'll be underappreciated and not cared for to my heightened expectations. That is of course until I met Chris. The best thing I can ever hope for in a BMW mechanic is for them to treat my car as if it was truly their own. Chris does exactly that and then some. He is a masterful engineer and an aficionado of his trade. As others have articulated, his passion for the business resonates through his work and quality of service. He is also extremely meticulous and his pursuit for perfection is uncanny and met with much gratitude on my part. After countless years of bouncing around, my car has finally found its second home. Good looking out Chris!! See you soon; I have to keep her purring! Thank.... you.... very..... much!!!
